An individualized plan for moving to a different home is created and includes necessary repairs or upgrades desired, planning for the new space and floorplan, and connecting with community resources for an estate sale or clean-out.

In the year prior to joining the Amber Rothermel Real Estate Team, Beth successfully served forty (40) families in their move. She is seen as a true professional by fellow realtors and industry partners. Her communication skills and attention to detail are second to none, and she strives for life-long relationships with her clients.

Before Beth’s success in real estate, she enjoyed a 25-year career as a child development specialist serving infants and toddlers with special needs. While it was tough to leave that career, Beth’s problem-solving skills, empathy, listening skills, and positive attitude are a fantastic fit for the Real Estate World.
