Young at Heart Resources

Northwest Missouri’s Area Agency on Aging that serves Andrew, Atchison, Buchanan, Caldwell, Clinton, Daviess, DeKalb, Gentry, Grundy, Harrison, Holt, Linn, Livingston, Mercer, Nodaway, Putnam, Sullivan, and Worth counties. Young at Heart Resources partners with area service providers by funding meal and nutrition programs, active living centers, and in-home care agencies throughout Northwest Missouri. Young at Heart also offers healthy aging courses, community outreach, advocacy during long-term care arrangements, information and assistance and comprehensive benefits counseling.
