Catholic Community Health

Catholic Community Health provides holistic care, comfort, and support to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and families. As a ministry of the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas, their interdisciplinary team serves people of all faiths by offering guidance, peace of mind, and compassionate end-of-life care. Catholic Community Health encompasses In-Home Care, Hospice Care, and their own Hospice House.

Catholic Community Health offers grief support groups are free and available to anyone in the community who has experienced a loss. Generally, they meet once or twice a month year round.
