MSAC Care Partner Support Group
The MSAC Care Partner Support Group meets the second Wednesday of the month from 6-7pm and is facilitated by a health professional. The group focuses on identifying carepartners’ needs, working together to discover opportunities and solutions, and finding and accepting help. Group members connect with others and share resources for supporting their loved ones.
